Q2How can we ensure that the customized design will not be leaked?
Before the project commences, a formal confidentiality agreement can be signed to ensure that your customized designs and patent drawings are exclusively used for the production of your individual orders and must not be displayed by any third party. This restriction stands unless you grant permission.
Q3What types of CNC processing services are provided?
We offer CNC processing services: CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, cutting, polishing, slotting, countersinking. Whether it's a CNC aluminum prototype or batch customization, we can meet your requirements.
Q4Besides CNC and extrusion services, what other support services do you offer?
We offer a one-stop comprehensive service, including surface treatment (such as anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating, etc.), assembly and customized packaging. There is no need for customers to coordinate with other suppliers separately.
Q5What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for new customers and are willing to accept small batch orders to support your new design development.
Q6In case of any quality issues, what kind of after-sales support can be provided?
We will bear full responsibility for any quality issues arising from production. After verification, we will offer free rework, replacement or reasonable compensation, and will also track the after-sales process throughout.
